What Plumfold is

Plumfold makes personal keepsakes for entertainment and self-reflection. Each one is generated by AI from the answers you give in a short questionnaire, and is delivered to you as a PDF by email.

• A portrait is an illustration of an imagined person. It is not a photograph and it is not a real person.
• A numerology poster is calculated from your name and birth date with the Pythagorean method. Numerology is a symbolic system, not a science.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. By ordering you confirm that you are. If you order something that involves another person, such as the couple reading, that person must also be 18 or older.

If we learn that someone under 18 used the service, we may cancel the order and refund it.

Not advice, and not a prediction

What we send you is entertainment and a prompt for reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, it is not therapy, and it does not replace a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser.

We do not predict your future and we do not promise any outcome, in love, work, money or anything else. Please do not make an important decision because of something in your file.

Your answers

You are responsible for what you enter. Please give true and lawful information, and only enter details about another person if you are comfortable doing so.

We use your answers to make your file. How we handle them is described in our Privacy Policy.

What you get, and your license

After you pay, we generate your file and email it to you, usually within five minutes.

You may keep, print and share your file for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell it, sell it as a product, or present it as made by a human.

Because the files are generated by AI, other people can receive similar or even identical results, and we cannot promise you exclusive rights in your file.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Each order is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or misuse, and if we do we refund it.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when and how we refund. It is part of these terms.

Rules of use

Do not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload it, to copy it in bulk, or to submit information about people in order to harass them.

Our responsibility

We provide the site and the files as they are, without a promise that they will be error-free or fit a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes are for the courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
