Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your questionnaire answers. Depending on the product, this can include your full name, your birth date, text you type, and multiple-choice picks. For the couple reading it also includes the other person's birth date.
• Your email address and a confirmation of payment, which come from checkout. Stripe collects and holds your card details; we never see them.
• Basic technical data, such as your IP address, in the logs of our hosting provider.
• Temporary data in your browser: while you move from the questionnaire to checkout, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage. It stays on your device and disappears when you close the tab.

How we use it

To make and email your file, to answer your messages, to issue refunds and handle payment disputes, to keep the site secure and prevent fraud, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and there are no advertising cookies on this site.

Who handles your data

We use the services below to run Plumfold. Each one receives only what it needs, and each processes your data under its own privacy policy.

• Stripe processes your payment. It receives your email, your billing address and your payment details, which Stripe collects directly.
• Supabase stores your answers and order records. It receives your questionnaire answers, your email and your order details.
• Anthropic writes your reading. It receives your questionnaire answers, including anything you type in a text box, with your age in place of your birth date (for numerology it also receives your name), and never your email.
• Google draws the portrait, for the portrait products. It receives only your multiple-choice picks, such as an age range and traits, and never your name, your birth date, anything you type or your email.
• Resend emails you your file. It receives your email address and your file.
• Vercel hosts the site. It receives technical logs, such as your IP address and the pages you request.
• Zoho hosts our support mailbox. It receives the messages you send us, with your email address and anything you write or attach.

Where your data is

Our database and hosting are in the United States. TREKO.EV LTDA is based in Brazil, so our team reaches this data from there. By using Plumfold you understand that your data is processed in these countries.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers and your order record so we can send your file again, answer questions and handle refunds and disputes. You can ask us to delete your answers at any time.

Your choices

• You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• Write to us from the email address you used at checkout, so we can match your request to your order.
• We will delete your answers within 30 days. We may keep basic order records, such as the amount and the date, for as long as tax, accounting or payment-dispute rules require.

Children

Plumfold is only for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 gave us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encrypted connections, keep our database closed to the public, and limit who can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If we ever add advertising or analytics cookies, we will say so here first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
