Is a person making this?
No. An AI model illustrates the portrait and writes the reading. We say so on every page because you should know what you are buying.
Who is in the portrait?
Nobody real. It is an original illustration built from the details you chose. If it looks like someone, that is coincidence.
Will I be charged again?
No. It is a single payment of $29. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
What happens to my answers?
We use them to make your PDF. The Privacy Policy explains how they are stored and how to have them deleted.
What if something goes wrong?
If your file does not arrive, or arrives broken, email hello@plumfold.com and we will fix it or refund you. If you are not happy with it, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
